The IABC 2026 Conference serves as a premier platform for academics, practitioners, and industry leaders to engage in critical discourse on the evolving role of accounting and business in shaping a sustainable future. Anchored in the theme "Towards a Sustainable Future: Accounting and Business Driving ESG", the conference highlights how environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles are increasingly embedded in organisational strategy, reporting, and decision-making.

This conference aims to foster knowledge exchange through innovative practices, empirical research, and policy perspectives that strengthen ESG integration across sectors. By bringing together multidisciplinary perspectives, IABC 2026 seeks to advance responsible business practices, enhance transparency and accountability, and contribute meaningfully to sustainable economic and social development.

PAPER SUBMISSION

The paper must be original, must not have been previously published or accepted in any journal, and must not be under consideration elsewhere.

  1. The paper must be written in English.
  2. The number of authors must not exceed six, including the corresponding author.
  3. All papers must conform to the IABC2026 standard format set in the (MS Word Template)
  4. The paper must be sent in MS Word format through the ( IABC Online System ).
  5. By submitting a paper to present at IABC2026, you agree that you will have the necessary funds and will register for the conference if your paper is accepted.
  6. Papers for the conference presentation will be selected through a double-blind review process.
  7. Abstract-only submissions will not be accepted. Acknowledgements, a Funding Statement, a Conflict Of Interest Statements, an Ethics Statement, and an Author Contribution Statement are compulsary.
  8. All accepted papers of IABC 2026 will be published in MyCite-indexed journals. Authors of the selected high-quality papers will be invited to publish in Scopus-indexed journals, subject to additional publication fees.

RULES OF SUBMISSION

The similarity index checked using Turnitin must not exceed 30% (excluding References).
